<p>Trig Energy Services is looking for qualified EMERGENCY MEDICAL RESPONDERS to join our growing team on a part-time basis with the potential for full-time hours. Trig Energy is a locally owned company based in Edam, Saskatchewan. We are looking for Medics based out of Edam, North Battleford, and Wilkie areas.<br><br>Position Summary<br>Respond to both emergency and non-emergency calls while maintaining high level patient care and service.<br>Conduct a thorough examination of the patient and look for signs and symptoms of injury or illness.<br>Working knowledge of legislation and protocols.<br>Perform first aid and required medical procedures as covered by the policies and procedures of Trig Energy Services.<br>Assist emergency medical technicians in accidents and emergencies.<br>Monitor patients for changes, and review and revise plans accordingly.<br>Keep emergency vehicles clean at all times and ready for emergencies.<br>Keep medical supplies stocked in emergency vehicles.<br>Provide accurate and detailed reports following each incident/transport.<br><br>Qualifications, Skills & Competencies<br>Registration as an Emergency Medical Responder with the Saskatchewan College of Paramedics<br>H2S Alive (preferred)<br>CPR - Health Care Provider (HCP) or Basic Life Support (BLS)<br>Class 5 (or equivalent) Driver's License; abstract required<br>Criminal record clearance<br>Common Safety Orientation (CSO) (Preferred)<br>One year or more EMR experience considered an asset<br>One year or more experience in Oilfield preferred (but not essential)<br><br>Healthcare benefits and competitive salary</p>
