This is a strategic and hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced construction professional who thrives on building systems, empowering people, and delivering complex projects on time and on budget.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>The Director of Project Management is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of FundyPros’ PMO—developing project strategies, standardizing processes, and overseeing the successful execution of construction projects across the region. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with deep industry knowledge and a passion for operational excellence.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Monitor and control FundyPros’ full portfolio of construction projects (budget, scope, schedule)</li><li>Oversee contracts and ensure compliance with project specifications and agreements</li><li>Resolve disputes with contractors and consultants</li><li>Develop project management strategies aligned with organizational goals</li><li>Create consistent standards and tools to improve planning, execution, and reporting</li><li>Establish performance targets and continuous improvement initiatives</li><li>Mentor and develop a high-performing team of Project Managers</li><li>Participate in hiring, training, and performance management</li><li>Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders throughout project delivery</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in project or construction management</li><li>Strong knowledge of the drywall or construction industries</li><li>Proven ability to lead and grow high-performing project teams</li><li>Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills</li><li>Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and contract compliance</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and project management software</li><li>Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications</li><li>Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement</li></ul><li></li><p><strong>Working Conditions</strong></p><p>This role includes a mix of office and on-site responsibilities.
