<p><strong>Site Superintendent - Contract Position</strong></p><p><br></p><p>This Site Superintendent will be a contract relationship for a local Developer and Builder with a history of successful projects. You will join the project during the demolition and excavation phase in September 2025 - Preparations for demolition including asbestos removal is currently under way.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Details</strong></p><ul><li>20-unit townhome over 3 buildings on a 1 level parkade</li><li>Location: Vancouver (Westside, Just West of Cambie)</li><li>Contract role for Site Superintendent Services</li><li>Aiming for a September 2025 start pending demolition permit</li><li>20 month schedule (bonuses for meeting/exceeding the schedule)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Company Details</strong></p><p>This local Developer and Builder takes on project as a General Contractor, Construction Manager, Developer and Joint-Venture Partner. Projects include commercial, mixed-use, multi-family wood-frame apartments and townhouses, office and restaurant TI and even single-family homes. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Willingness to work on a contractor relationship</li><li>You will need to provide general liability insurance (this is typical)</li><li>Experience as a Site Superintendent leading a townhome project (or apartment) with an underground parkade</li><li>Strong references</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Compensation</strong></p><ul><li>Contract from $120,000 - $130,000 per year.</li><li>Bonus for on-time completion</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>How to Apply</strong></p><p>Apply on this page or email me (Mark Fedyshen) at mark@supersinc.ca</p>
