<p><strong>Site Superintendent - Contract Position</strong></p><p><br></p><p>This Site Superintendent will be a contract relationship for a local Developer and Builder with a history of successful projects. You will join the project during the demolition and excavation phase in September 2025 - Preparations for demolition including asbestos removal is currently under way.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Details</strong></p><ul><li>20-unit townhome over 3 buildings on a 1 level parkade</li><li>Location: Vancouver (Westside, Just West of Cambie)</li><li>Contract role for Site Superintendent Services</li><li>Aiming for a September 2025 start pending demolition permit</li><li>20 month schedule (bonuses for meeting/exceeding the schedule)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Company Details</strong></p><p>This local Developer and Builder takes on project as a General Contractor, Construction Manager, Developer and Joint-Venture Partner.
