<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>● Review and respond to Customer inquiries submitted by email regarding claims</p><p>initiations and general coverage questions.</p><p>● Providing the best-in-class service experience to all our customers – internal AND</p><p>external.</p><p>● Respond to email and phone inquiries from contract holders, dealerships, and repair</p><p>facilities.</p><p>● Build claims in our Claims portal based on the emails submitted. Upload pictures or</p><p>invoices and notify adjusters of the actions made.</p><p>● Prepare claims for review by an Adjuster for Approval.</p><p>● Provide insight into possible department and product enhancements.</p><p>● Seek opportunities for process improvements.</p><p>● Assist in building SOP’s based on process improvements.</p><p>● Take part in various projects as required by management.</p><p>● Manage case load for prompt follow ups on Pending Claims.</p><p>● Stay current on new products.</p><p>● Liaise with multiple departments for customer and dealer satisfaction.</p><p>● Any other duties deemed appropriate by the Claims Manager</p><p><strong>Required Qualifications and Skills</strong></p><p>● Minimum 2 years in a customer service environment, or equivalent experience.</p><p>● Fluent English spoken and written.</p><p>● Excellent ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken formats.</p><p>● Strong attention to detail.</p><p>● Independent – ability to work within given parameters with minimal oversight from</p><p>management.</p><p>● Ability to type at least 25-30 WPM.</p><p>● Familiarity with web-based programs and Office suite of products.</p><p>● Strong negotiation skills.</p><p>● Ability to multitask.</p><p>● Positive attitude.</p><p>● Strong collaboration skills.</p><p>● Able to work from 9 am PST to 5 PM PST.</p><p>● Completion of Automotive Technician certification course or equivalent experience in the</p><p>Automotive field</p><p>● Strong mechanical knowledge *Preferred.</p><p>1275 North Service Road, Suite 605</p><p>Oakville, Ontario L6M 2W2</p><p>Compensation and Benefits</p><p>● Remote work</p><p>● Competitive salary</p><p>● Ongoing training and development in claims administration and automotive knowledge</p><p>● Opportunities for growth within a leading Canadian protection program provider</p><p>● Collaborative, supportive team environment</p></p></p>Browse Jobs in Canada by City
