With guidance from a dedicated Program Supervisor, you&#39;ll embark on a rewarding journey of growth and impact at CarePros.</p><p><br /></p><p>Schedule:</p><ul><li>Day (7:30am-10:30pm)6 shifts on, 3 shifts off rotation<br /></li><li>Evening (3:00 pm - 11:00 pm) 6 shifts on, 3 shifts off rotation<br /></li><li>Overnight, Awake (10:30pm-8am)</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Your Day to Day:</p><ul><li>Establish a relationship to guide and support youth through mentorship, role modelling, and positive reinforcement</li><li>Supervise children/youth at home and in the community</li><li>Complete and maintain documentation of daily activities and observations</li><li>Participate in the Care Team through the ongoing development of care plans and programs<br><br></li><li>Perform routine general program responsibilities such as cleaning and organization</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>CarePros Offers You:</p><ul><li>Health, Dental, and Vision benefits</li><li>Employee and Family Assistance Program</li><li>Group RRSP matching after one year<br /></li><li>Career growth opportunities and professional development support<br /></li></ul><p><br /></p><p>What You Bring:</p><ul><li>Direct experience working with youth with complex behavioural and mental health needs<br /></li><li>Knowledge of child and youth care mental wellness best practices</li><li>Knowledge of effective home care processes and procedures<br /></li><li>Trauma Informed Care understanding and proven experience</li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills</li><li>Strong technology and computer skills</li><li>Completion of a Degree/Diploma in Child and Youth Care or Social Work is an asset</li><li>Suicide prevention training is an asset</li><li>Mental Health First Aid is an asset<ul></ul></li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Mandatory Requirements:</p><ul><li>Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver&#39;s License</li><li>Alberta 10-year Driver&#39;s Abstract (10 years driving experience is not required)</li><li>Alberta auto insurance with $2-million liability coverage</li><li>ValidStandard First Aid with CPR Level C + AED(two day in person training completed)</li><li>Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check obtained within the last 6 months</li><li>Intervention Record Check obtained from Children Services within the last 6 months</li><li>Your own reliable four door vehicle to transport clients in</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><em>We encourage you to apply for the Vulnerable Sector Check and Intervention Record Check as soon as possible to avoid any processing delays.</em></p><p><br /></p><p>Don&#39;t miss out on this opportunity to be part of a team that&#39;s committed to empowering young lives.
