We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and driven individual, capable of assisting our team in taking our projects from planning to completion with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.</p><p>If you take pride in your work, believe in working as part of a team, and would like to have a career with a stable, reputable company with training and advancement opportunities, apply here.</p><p><br /></p><p>What you will do:</p><ul><li>Work safely and follow safe work practices and procedures while on site.</li><li>Work along side apprentices and labourers to provide direction, guidance, and training.</li><li>Assist with the construction of all types residential buildings including, wood, steel, and concrete throughout the various stages of build.</li><li>Work with hand and power carpentry tools and other construction equipment.</li><li>Ad-hoc duties as required.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>What you bring to the Team:</p><ul><li>Strong Carpentry Skills</li><li>2+ years of experience working on high density residential construction <span >projects/buildings.</span></li><li>A can-do attitude and always willing to learn.</li><li>Physically fit (ability to lift 50+ lbs, in and outdoors)</li><li>A team work mentality you are willing jump into any situation to help out and lend a hand, no job is above or below you.</li><li>A sense or urgency and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.</li><li>The ability to read blueprints and an understanding of the BC Building Code.</li><li>First Aid considered an asset (OFA 2 or 3)<br />Telehandler operator certification considered an asset<br><br></li></ul></p></p>
