This is our #1 priority!<br /></li><li>Is Passionate to build and create amazing metal products that are unmatched in quality? ● Is experienced with manual and CNC machining equipment such as Lathes and Milling Machines?<br /></li><li>Has the ability to Read and interpret Blueprints?<br /></li><li>Has fine attention to detail?<br /></li><li>Is Passionate for learning, self-improvement, teamwork, and team development? ● Is Quality focused?<br /></li><li>Is Self-Motivated and Goals Driven?<br /></li><li>Enjoys working as part of a team and maintains a positive attitude?<br /></li><li>Is Trustworthy?<br /></li><li>Seeks to innovate processes?<br /></li></ul><p>CNC Machinists are required to perform some or all the following duties: <br /></p><ul><li>CNC Programming – Gibbs Cam Software and G code knowledge are assets.<br /></li><li>CNC & Manual Machining – Set-Up & Production – Lathes & Mills.<br /></li><li>Working Knowledge of Tool Holders, Cutting Tools, Boring Bars, Fixtures, Inserts, and Other Machine Accessories and Components Including Precision Measuring Instruments.<br /></li><li>Repair Machine Tools and Parts.<br /></li><li>Read and Interpret Engineering Drawings, 3D Models, Charts, and Tables.<br /></li><li>Hand skills to fit and assemble Components and Machine Parts to Close Tolerances.<br /></li><li>Operate machine tools such as lathes, and milling machines to produce metal parts. <br /></li><li>Work with various materials i.e., steel, stainless steel, aluminum, plastics, and other materials.<br /></li><li>Select appropriate cutting tools, cutting speed, feed rate for required operations.<br /></li><li>Plan job operation sequence.<br /></li><li>Able to work accurately, routinely holding .0005” tolerances, and verify accuracy of work against blueprints and specifications.<br /></li><li>Produce production runs and/or single parts.<br /></li><li>Able to make minor edits to programs to improve efficiency and quality.<br /></li></ul><p><br /></p><p>C&A Group will review each resume and contact potential candidates only for a phone interview.
