<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>You Will:</strong></p><p></p><ul><li>Source and build a pipeline of candidates</li><li>Screen candidates resumes and job applications</li><li>Support the creation and maintenance of job descriptions and job specifications</li><li>Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter</li><li>Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes</li><li>Conduct cold calls and emails as required</li><li>Perform and synthesize research to be used in modelling, competitive analysis, industry analysis, negotiation support and various other applications</li><li>Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement</li><li>Support the delivery of surveys and assessments that are targeted and meaningful to address clients’ key business issues and priorities</li><li>Prepare draft presentations and documents for meetings, workshops and other needs</li><li>Regularly update internal and external documentation</li><li>Communicate with different parties such as clients and other advisors</li><li>Comfort combining both qualitative and quantitative analysis to solve business problems</li><li>Conduct and deliver surveys and assessments that are targeted and meaningful to address clients’ key business issues and priorities</li><li>Improve systems by studying current practices and designing modifications</li><li>Execute transactions and support the team’s deal origination activities and development</li><li>Collaborates with the Project Manager to ensure the needs of the client have been met.</li><li>And other duties as requested by management in relation to the delivery of our company mission</li></ul><p><strong>You Have</strong>:</p><p><ul><li><p>Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field required.</p></li><li><p>Related experience is an asset.</p></li><li><p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software program.</p></li><li><p>Extremely organized with great attention to detail.</p></li><li><p>Excellent management skills with the ability to lead, facilitate, motivate, and organize.</p></li><li><p>Ability to adapt to change.</p></li><li><p>Excellent customer service skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to learn quickly and to creatively solve new problems.</p></li><li><p>Ability to negotiate and settle differences quickly and peacefully.</p></li><li><p>Ability to act as a team player. </p></li></ul></p></p></p>Browse Jobs in Canada by City
