<h3>Branch Manager Position</h3><p>My client in the Logistics industry has a Branch Manager position available in the Kimberley area.</p><h3>Duties & Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Availability of time and flexibility of schedules.</li><li>Ease of communication and desirable experience with leadership roles involving operational teams.</li><li>Demonstrate personal and professional behavior compatible with the function.</li><li>Motivate, train and develop leaders and operational teams.</li><li>Ensure compliance with legislation and maintain safe working conditions for the team.</li><li>Preserve the relationship with the client and with the clients of its client.</li><li>Provide operational conditions for the execution of the team's routines and for obtaining results.</li><li>Ensure market presence (clients of the client), attesting to the conditions and performance of the teams' service/deliveries.</li><li>Develop and guarantee maintenance suppliers compatible with the needs of the company and its customer.</li><li>Carry out People & Management routines, according to the People Cycle, Training and Development, Engagement, Safety processes, among others.</li><li>Ensure the conservation of the company's assets (vehicles, equipment, resources, and facilities).</li><li>Strictly comply with all procedures, standards, and specifications of the company and the client.</li><li>Correctly use uniforms and protective equipment provided by the company.</li><li>Commit to the operational goals defined together with the client, DPO/VPO, and Excellence Program.</li></ul><h3>Desired Experience & Qualification</h3><ul><li>Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.</li><li>Qualification or Degree in Management.</li><li>5 - 10 years in a management role.</li><li>5 - 10 years in the Logistics industry.</li><li>HR Services, Recruitment & Selection experience.</li></ul>
