Your role will involve assisting customers with inquiries, registrations, data entry, and ensuring a positive experience with the services offered. This role is working on-site at NB Power in Fredericton and Monday to Friday regular business hours. This position requires fluency in both official languages, <strong>French and English</strong> (reading, writing and speaking).<br><br><strong>THE ROLE</strong><br />Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate and timely information and assistance<br />Handle and resolve customer concerns in regard to efficiency registrations<br />Maintain a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and empathy when interacting with customers</p><p>Document customer interactions, update records, and ensure accurate data entry<br />Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and maintain service quality</p><p>Ability to show empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns</p><p>Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment</p><p><br /><strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong><br />Fluency in both official languages, French and English is required (language testing will be required)</p><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required </p><p>Strong communication and interpersonal skills<br />Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software programs is required<br />Customer service experience and/or call centre experience is an asset</p><p>Previous experience in Data Entry is an asset</p><p><br /><strong>WHAT WE OFFER</strong><br />Weekly Pay through Direct Deposit<br />Accrued Vacation Pay<br />Comprehensive Health Care Plan which includes Medical and Dental Benefits after 3 months<br><br></p><p>NB Power values its employees and offers opportunities for growth and development.
