<li>Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years</li>

<li>Barbershop or hairstyling salon / studio</li>
</ul>
<h3>Tasks</h3>
<ul>
<li>Direct and control daily operations</li>
<li>Evaluate daily operations</li>
<li>Plan and organize daily operations</li>
<li>Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff</li>
<li>Plan and control budget and inventory</li>
<li>Hire, train and supervise staff</li>
<li>Address customers' complaints or concerns</li>
</ul>
<h3>Support for newcomers and refugees</h3>
<ul>
<li>Supports newcomers and / or refugees with foreign credential recognition</li>
<li>Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and / or refugees</li>
</ul>
<h3>Support for Indigenous people</h3>
<ul>
<li>Offers mentorship, coaching and / or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers</li>
<li>Provides cultural competency training and / or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Work Term: Permanent</li>
<li>Work Language: English</li>
