This is a permanent position offering 40 hours of work per week in a fast-paced and exciting environment.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.</li><li>Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection.</li><li>Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling.</li><li>Prepare special orders to meet customer needs.</li><li>Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff.</li><li>Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods.</li><li>Ensure product quality meets established standards.</li><li>Inspect kitchen and food service areas for cleanliness and safety.</li><li>Operate baking machinery efficiently.</li><li>Organize and maintain inventory for smooth operations.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p><p>You will be working in a bake shop and café setting, where creativity and attention to detail are essential.
