<p><h3>Overview</h3><p>Azure Technical Support consultant (Networking Infrastructure & DevOps Specialist)</p><p><b>Location:</b> Toronto ON (Couple of days in Brampton office)</p><p><b>Contract:</b> 6 Months</p><h3>Role Summary</h3><p>The Azure Technical Support Prime is a senior-level support engineer responsible for delivering expert-level assistance to enterprise customers using Microsoft Azure services. This role emphasizes networking and security alongside strong capabilities in SAAS solutions Windows Server IIS SQL Server CI / CD pipelines and Git .</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Networking & Security: Troubleshoot and optimize Azure networking components including VNets NSGs VPNs DNS and load balancers.</li><li>Manage SSL / TLS certificates including procurement renewal secure binding in IIS and Azure App Services and integration with Azure Key Vault.</li><li>Ensure secure communication and compliance with industry standards and best practices.</li><li>Customer-Facing Technical Support: Act as the primary escalation point for complex Azure support cases involving infrastructure networking and DevOps.</li><li>Provide deep technical troubleshooting and resolution for Azure IaaS and PaaS services.</li><li>Windows Server & IIS Expertise: Configure maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server environments hosted on Azure.</li><li>Manage IIS web servers including application pool tuning SSL configuration and secure web hosting.</li><li>Ongoing operational support of an on-prem Azure ecosystem.</li><li>SQL Server Administration: Support SQL Server configuration performance tuning and high availability in Azure.</li><li>Assist with migrations to Azure SQL Database or SQL Managed Instance.</li><li>CI / CD & DevOps: Work with vendor to design implement and troubleshoot CI / CD pipelines using Azure DevOps GitHub Actions or other tools.</li><li>Guide customers in adopting Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM Bicep or Terraform.</li><li>Git & Source Control: Manage Git repositories enforce branching strategies and resolve version control issues.</li><li>Integrate Git with CI / CD pipelines and ensure secure and efficient code collaboration.</li><li>Automation & Monitoring: Develop automation scripts using PowerShell Bash or Python .</li><li>Implement monitoring and alerting using Azure Monitor Log Analytics and Application Insights .</li></ul><h3>Technical Skills</h3><ul><li>Networking & Security: Azure Networking VPNs Load Balancers NSGs DNS SSL / TLS Azure Key Vault</li><li>Infrastructure: Azure VMs Windows Server IIS Active Directory</li><li>Databases: SQL Server Azure SQL SSMS T-SQL</li><li>Cloud & DevOps: Azure DevOps GitHub Azure Pipelines Terraform ARM / Bicep</li><li>Version Control: Git Azure Repos GitHub</li><li>Scripting: PowerShell Bash Python</li><li>Monitoring: Azure Monitor Log Analytics Application Insights</li></ul><h3>Remote Work</h3><p><b>Employment Type:</b> Contract</p><h3>Key Skills</h3><p>Dhcp,SQL,Active Directory,VOIP,VMware,Customer Service,Windows,Trouble Shooting,Java,VPN,Sharepiont,hardware,Dns,Technical Support,Software Applications</p><h3>Experience</h3><p>years</p><h3>Vacancy</h3><p>1</p></p>
