ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

<p>A Chatters Assistant Manager is a leader who coaches and motivates the sales team to achieve sales goals, provides excellent customer service and product expertise, and ensures the store is clean, stocked, and well-merchandised according to company standards. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, a positive and driven attitude, and experience in a retail leadership role to create a welcoming environment and drive success for both the customers and the business.</p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p><strong>- Leadership & Team Development: </strong>Coach, train, and motivate the sales team to meet store sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.</p><p><strong>- Customer Service & Sales: </strong>Provide personalized beauty advice, engage with customers to drive sales, and build lasting customer relationships.</p><p><strong>- Store Operations:</strong> Manage store cleanliness, stock levels, and merchandising to Chatters' standards.</p><p><strong>- Operational Support:</strong> Assist with opening and closing procedures and act as a backup to the store manager.</p><p><strong><u>Required Skills & Experience:</u></strong></p><p><strong>- Passion for Beauty: </strong>An enthusiasm for beauty-related products is essential.</p><p><strong>- Retail Leadership: </strong>At least one year of experience in a retail leadership role is required.</p><p><strong>- Communication: </strong>Top-notch, outgoing communication skills to build rapport with guests and the team.</p><p><strong>- Sales Acumen:</strong> A driven attitude with a focus on achieving sales targets.</p><p><strong>- Technical Skills:</strong> Proficiency with computers, and possibly customer relationship management (CRM) and live chat platforms.</p><p><strong>- Positive Attitude: </strong>A positive, upbeat, and flexible approach to work.</p><p><strong><u>Key Qualifications:</u></strong></p><p>-<strong>Education: </strong>A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.</p><p><strong>- Interpersonal Skills: </strong>Exceptional patience and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><strong>- Reliability: </strong>A high level of responsibility and reliability.</p>
