<p>1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants</p><p>Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.</p><p><strong>Remote</strong></p><p><strong>Client – Paysafe</strong></p><p><strong>Office location</strong>: East Coast, Canada, <strong>Remote</strong></p><p><strong>Type</strong>: 6 months to start with the possibility of an extension.</p><p><strong>Description</strong></p><p><strong>Senior:</strong></p><ul><li>We expect candidates to demonstrate experience and ability to:</li><li>Take ownership of complex product experiences from discovery through delivery — shaping strategy, defining problems, and crafting thoughtful solutions</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to align on goals and ship user-centric experiences</li><li>Lead design initiatives with a strong understanding of user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints</li><li>Use a variety of research methods, data, and insights to inform and validate design decisions</li><li>Create clear, elegant flows and interactions across web and mobile platforms, considering edge cases and accessibility from the start</li><li>Drive design critiques and mentor mid-level and junior designers to elevate design quality and thinking</li><li>Act as a voice for the user while balancing product and engineering priorities</li><li>Contribute to design standards, UX principles, and ways of working that help raise the overall design bar</li><li>Help guide the evolution of our product and design practices in collaboration with the broader design and product team</li></ul><p><strong>To Be Successful, Candidates Should</strong></p><ul><li>Have 10+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally in cross-functional product teams</li><li>Show a strong portfolio that demonstrates design thinking, process, and the business/user impact of their work</li><li>Be confident in leading UX strategy and design execution across end-to-end product journeys</li><li>Be an expert in Figma and comfortable with prototyping, user flows, journey mapping, and facilitating workshops</li><li>Have experience planning and applying user research and usability testing to improve product outcomes</li><li>Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders — from execs to engineers</li><li>Be proactive, autonomous, and thrive in ambiguous or evolving problem spaces</li><li>Be fluent in English (spoken and written)</li></ul><p><strong>Eligibility and Application Steps</strong></p><p>If you are enthusiastic about this exciting opportunity, please provide the following documents to hrsmss@smsoftconsulting.com:</p><ul><li>Updated Resume in Word format (Mandatory)</li><li>Skills Matrix and References (Mandatory)</li><li>Expected hourly rate (Mandatory)</li><li>Visa Status (Mandatory)</li><li>LinkedIn ID (Mandatory)</li></ul><p>Please only apply if you meet the qualifications mentioned above.
