This role offers the opportunity to lead and manage large-scale projects, driving Agile best practices and ensuring successful delivery aligned with business objectives.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Candidate Requirements / Must-Have Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>10+ years of Project Management experience in banking or financial services</li><li>Strong experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC in banking projects</li><li>Experience with Home Buyer Transformation (HBT), mortgage products, or capital markets</li><li>Proven track record of managing large projects, including budget oversight such as monthly burn rates and financial tracking</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage Agile projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals</li><li>Oversee and drive the software development lifecycle (SDLC) process</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution</li><li>Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring project milestones are met</li><li>Drive Agile best practices and process improvements within project teams</li><li>Take ownership of project budgets, including tracking monthly burn rates and financial performance</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Nice-to-Have Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Familiarity with capital markets and financial regulations</li><li>Experience with AWS cloud services</li><li>Experience with Akamai content delivery and security solutions</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Hybrid – 2 days onsite in Downtown Toronto, ON</p><p><strong>Contract Duration:</strong> 12 months</p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday to Friday, standard business hours</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></p><p>Join Unisystech Consulting as an Agile Delivery Manager and lead high-impact Agile projects within the financial services sector.
