We&#39;re seeking an individual to join our client’s team as a AG Parts and Accessories Specialist. Your role will revolve around providing top-notch service in selling, receiving, and delivering parts and accessories to meet our customer&#39;s needs.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Elevate customer service to an exceptional level, ensuring each customer&#39;s needs are met with satisfaction.</li><li>Tackle stocking duties and maintain the organization of the parts room for efficient operations.</li><li>Handle phone inquiries related to the parts department, offering prompt and informative responses.</li><li>Provide valuable insights to customers on additional parts that can enhance their repair or service experience.</li><li>Collaborate with other parts department tasks when required to maintain a smooth workflow.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Knowledge of John Deere Ag products, as well as other popular brands such as Case IH, New Holland, AGCO and others.</li><li>Proven track record in delivering robust customer service to both internal and external customers.</li><li>A solid understanding of parts and machinery, enabling you to effectively assist customers in their selections.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills to establish productive relationships with customers and team members.</li><li>Experience working with software systems, facilitating efficient inventory management.</li><li>Physical fitness to handle and lift heavy parts as required.</li><li>Possession of a valid driver&#39;s license.</li><li>Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends when necessary to meet customer demands.</li><li>A background or experience in farming and agriculture, is highly regarded.</li><li>A minimum of 2 years&#39; experience in a Parts Department environment.</li><li>A Journeyman Parts Designation, while not mandatory, is considered an asset.</li></ul><p><strong>Why join our client&#39;s team?</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive compensation and benefits.</li><li>A dynamic work environment that values teamwork and continuous professional development.</li><li>Opportunities for skill enhancement and career growth with over 20 locations in MB and SK4</li></ul></p></p></p>
