They will also participate as a member of YSSN’s Administrative team.<br><br><strong>Position Requirements</strong><p></p><ul><li>Business College or equivalent education</li><li>Experience; <ul><li>Minimum of two years experience</li><li>Has significant and progressive experience in an office environment, providing support to management and/or teams</li><li>Strong familiarity with meeting coordination and participation, including excellent minute-taking skills</li><li><p>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)</p></li><li><p>Strong skills in working with databases</p></li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to multi-task effectively</li><li>Knowledge of community services related to developmental services </li><li>Brings a dedicated work ethic, flexibility, strong attention to detail and understands the importance of confidentiality</li></ul></li><li>Familiarity with Webtracker a definite asset</li><li>Familiarity with clinical databases and data manipulation considered an asset</li><li>Second language is considered an asset</li><li>An understanding of cultural diversity is considered an asset</li></ul><p><em><strong>*</strong> The successful applicant will be required to provide a police clearance that meets agency standards</em></p><p><em><strong>* </strong>A valid G Drivers License, access to a reliable vehicle and adequate insurance coverage for business responsibilities, OR access to reliable transportation.</em></p> <p>YSSN offers more than just competitive compensation—we provide a supportive, inclusive, and flexible work environment where employees can thrive.
