As a leading engineering specialist that places innovation at the heart of its strategy, SEGULA Technologies carries out large-scale projects, ranging from studies to industrialization and production.</p><p><strong>Position based in Auburn Hills, Michigan (U.S.) / Eligibility to TN Visa required; must be a Canadian citizen (mandatory)</strong></p>Job Description<ul><li><p>Responsible for the engineering, design, development, timing, and production release of Chassis components and/or systems</p></li><li><p>Interface with Suppliers, Purchasing, and support Quality and Assembly Plants to develop Active Damping Control Module EC</p></li><li><p>Manage product electrical requirements to ensure vehicle and component-level functional targets are met, while supporting cost and weight targets</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain software and electronic hardware development timing for feature rollout and performance goal milestones according to organizational development timing</p></li><li><p>Manage supplier and internal DVPRs and DFMEAs, including:</p><ul><li><p>Tracking electronic hardware and software/feature validation activities and related bug-fixes</p></li><li><p>Defining and coordinating with stakeholders on electronics hardware or software root cause and countermeasures in case of issues and delays</p></li><li><p>Coordinating electronic HW/SW releases, ensuring alignment with validation and vehicle build activities</p></li><li><p>Approving applicable test results and related deviations</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Support AQP, PSO, product launch, and problem resolution during vehicle launch gates</p></li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Computer, Mechanical, Automotive, or Systems Engineering</li><li><p>Preferred: 2+ years of experience in Active Damping Control Module Development</p></li><li><p>2+ years of experience with electronic control unit development</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of Active Damping systems</p></li><li><p>Calibration and diagnostic experience using typical automotive controls system development environments</p></li><li><p>Intermediate knowledge in automotive communication protocols (CAN networks, Electrical/EMC requirements, Environmental requirements, FMEA, functional safety analysis – ISO 26262 norm, etc.)</p></li><li><p>Intermediate knowledge in automotive vehicle electrical system architectures</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of systems engineering principles, electrical hardware, and software design concepts</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of testing and validation tools</p></li><li><p>Proven record of interpreting requirements from design to production</p></li><li><p>Excellent oral and written communication skills</p></li></ul>Additional Information<p><strong>Position based in Auburn Hills, Michigan (U.S.) / Eligibility to TN Visa required; must be a Canadian citizen (mandatory)</strong></p>#J-18808-Ljbffr
