Accounts Receivable Analyst - Consumer Packaged Industry

<p><b>Consumer Packaged Industry experience is a must-have - without it, the resume will be rejected.</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Manage all A/R clearing of Promo Trade and Billbacks for all CCMs</li><li>Maintain A/R tracker</li><li>Validate performance against the deal sheet criteria</li><li>Validate volume for any deals applicable</li><li>Prepare and send out invoices</li><li>Process incoming payments</li><li>Reconcile customer accounts</li><li>Issue credit notes</li><li>Create AR aging and metrics reports</li><li>Follow up with customers regarding past-due payments</li><li>Update client billing information</li><li>Maintain documentation for compliance reporting and audits</li><li>Support CCMs with uploading Deals Sheets into customer portal</li><li>Manage approvals/rejections of any deals submitted from customer</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>1–3 years in Consumer Packaged Industry</li><li>Strong organizational skills</li><li>Comfortable with Teamwork – Power of We</li><li>Adaptability: ability to be flexible and be self-starter</li><li>Technical skills: proficient with Microsoft Excel</li><li>Ability to manage large volumes of data and processing</li></ul><p></p>
