<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>Account Executive – Retail Club Team</strong><br /><strong>Location:</strong> Hybrid (Minimum three days/week in Oakville, ON office)<br /><strong>Reports to:</strong> Retail Club Business Unit Manager<br /><strong>Compensation:</strong> $80,000–$90,000 annually + performance-based bonus + full benefits package</p><strong>About the Role:</strong><p>We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our Club Team. This role focuses on managing and growing relationships with key club retailers, including Costco, S&R, Pricesmart, Sam’s Club, and BJ’s. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop compelling sales presentations.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Client Relationship Management</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with club retailers, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.</li></ul><p><strong>Sales Presentation Development</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and present compelling sales presentation that clearly articulate product value, and insightful category analysis, effectively engaging buyers and driving informed purchasing decisions.</li><li>Tailor presentation content to different audiences, ensuring clarity and impact.</li><li>Collaborate with the Marketing Team to refine visuals, layouts, and messaging.</li></ul><p><strong>Sales Support & Analytics</strong></p><ul><li>Generate and analyze sales reports and performance metrics using tools such as Circana / Unify+.</li><li>Identify trends and opportunities to optimize sales performance.</li><li>Coordinate the preparation, management, and shipment of sales samples as needed.</li></ul><p><strong>Project Management</strong></p><ul><li>Organize and facilitate product launch meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-up tasks.</li><li>Collaborate with Product Development and Operations teams to monitor project progress and ensure timely execution.</li><li>Address issues or delays to support successful project outcomes.</li></ul><p><strong>Market & Competitive Research</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support sales strategies.</li><li>Identify growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to the sales team.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Previous account managing experience with club retailers (e.g., Costco, S&R, Pricesmart, Sam’s Club, BJ’s) is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to create visually compelling presentations.</li><li>Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft concise, persuasive messaging.</li><li>Highly organized, with strong project management abilities and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams.</li><li>Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment with shifting priorities.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.</li></ul><p></p><p>This leader in the home organization industry, offers innovative storage and organization solutions designed to simplify daily life.
